Kansha Japanese Sushi Bistro is a fantastic spot with top-tier food and great service! The quality and freshness of the fish here really stand out. We ordered the sashimi, and the portions were surprisingly big and juicy for the price—especially the salmon, which was insanely fresh and flavorful. On top of the food, our waitress was wonderfully kind and incredibly accommodating throughout our entire meal. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that a good portion of their menu was unavailable when we went. The waitress explained that their delivery truck hadn't arrived yet. While it was a bit disappointing not to try everything, I actually respect their commitment to freshness—they clearly refuse to stockpile old inventory just to keep items on the menu. Even with the limited options, what we did have was excellent. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

I used to love coming here with my Dad. They've changed owners since then and the place is just as good! Very consistent quality, friendly service and great lunch specials! Highly recommend 10/10 ⭐️

The best softshell crab i.ve ever had- they made that and the calamari for me gluten free, using rice flour. Obviously very skilled, so i will be returning. Grai jeju gvba sai. My church of 500 is just around the corner. Would be interested in catering and coming regularly if more gluten-free options were available. Arigato.

The food tasted very good ; the chicken dumplings were amazing and vegetable fried rice was pretty delicious. We got the crunchy salmon roll that’s deep fried & it was delicious as well. Now the service was another story… When we ordered our food, we told our server that we can’t have anything with shellfish or mushrooms (we asked about the ingredients in the sauce on top of the sushi and said we can’t eat these food items). So, when my husband ordered these noodles, on the menu, it didn’t list mushrooms as being in there, nor were we informed that it was mushrooms in there. My husband ate two bites of his noodles and found a big mushroom in there. We informed our server and asked her if we can have the dish remade with no mushrooms, as we weren’t told that/it wasn’t listed on the menu. She told us that we would have to pay for a remake AND the dish he only ate two bites of. We found that absolutely ridiculous, and as someone who works in hospitality management, that’s definitely not how to go about this issue. We ended up saying we just don’t need to have it remade and take it off our tab entirely; The owner had to be called for that to be handled. I just don’t appreciate that, no

This is such an underrated place! Came here for a quick sushi fix and was blown away by the quality of their food. We ordered salmon avocado, shrimp tempura roll, snow mountain roll, and sex on the beach roll. The fish to rice ratio is on point, and everything tasted really fresh. The staff were all so warm and welcoming!! Will definitely come back again
